Create Vritra, the Spirit of Thousand Faces (Death 4)
Death thing, a Vritra is a worm-like masse of roting flesh covered with faces. Those faces cry, shout, and lead witnesses to the verge of insanity (if an onlooker lose a Resolve + Composure roll, he can't do anything the next turn except protecting himself). Each face is one of the victim of the monster, a new face appears the scene following the "ingestion".
Practice: Weaving
Action: Instant
Duration: Prolonged (one scene)
Aspect: Vulgar
Cost: The soul of the first (willing) victim
Scelesti Rote: Presence + Persuasion + Death
The Vritra is created from the body and soul of a human, traditionnaly willing to sacrifice himself. Each victim give to the thing another face et 1/2 point of Size, Stamina and Strength (rounding down). Its Dexterity and Speed stay at 1, whatever the size the Vritra reaches. During the first time the Mage has to feed the creature but soon it will be able to feed by itself. A Vritra found under Tokyo had 36 faces. In this shape, it towered meters high.
The Vritra kills by bitting its victims with his mouths. It can allow 8 faces per attacks, so with 36 faces, it could have up to 4 attacks a round. Each faces gives one die for the attack roll (minus Defence, armor, etc). A succes implies the face (or faces) manage to bite and keep the victim. Roll the successes, this time in opposition with the Strength of the victim, each success delivers one damage (Lethal), as the Vritra begins to chew the unfortunate. The next rounds, the victim continue to sustain damages, unless he escapes (See "Grapple" rules). If Vritra manage to ensnare a victim, it will concentrate its attacks on him, trying to ingest the victim the soonest as possible before reaching a new "snack".

Create Rolang (Death 3)
This rote allows a Mage to create a Rolang, a form of Tibetan zombie.
Practice: Weaving
Action: Instant
Duration: Prolonged (one scene)
Aspect: Vulgar
Cost: None
Scelesti Rote: Strength + Persuasion + Death
Scelesti prefer creating a Rolang by using a disgusting ritual. The Mage first lie full-length atop a fresh corpse, pressing his mouth to that of the corpse. He then repeat a specific incantation in his mind. The corpse will awaken and try to escape by struggling and jumping about. The magician, in turn, must retain his hold upon the corpse and must continue to chant his incantation. Eventually, the tongue of the corpse will protrude out of its mouth, at which point the magician will bite it off and the rolang will collapse. The tongue is then kept as a magical vial. If the Mage loses his hold during this ritual, the Rolang will turn and kill him before fleeing to haunt the local area. If the vial is destroyed later on, the Rolang lose the advantage "preservation".
The Rolang can be destroyed or repulsed by salt. Contact with salt provoke agravated damage, and if the Rolang is forced to eat salt it is instantinatly destroyed. Most Scelesti protect their creation by sewing its lips together, so the Rolang can't ingest anything (and beside, it doesn't need to eat).

Death Mask (Death 3)
Practice: Veiling
Action: Instant (or reflexive with 1 Willpower)
Duration: Prolonged
Aspect: Covert
Cost: None
Scelesti Rote: Wits + Subterfuge + Death

Death Mask (Death 3), une variante de Suppress Own Life.
Twilight Shift (Death 4)
Find Hidden Hoard (Matter 1)
Aura Perception (Mind 1)
Mental Shield (Mind 2)
Inscribe Grimoire (Prime 1)
Supernal Vision (Prime 1)
